Scribatic transcribes speech and answers questions about your own recordings using whisper.cpp and llama.cpp, running directly on your phone's CPU.

• 01 Runs entirely on-device. Transcription and question-answering happen on your phone's CPU — no server ever sees your audio.
• 02 No network path to leave by. The Android build ships without the INTERNET permission; the iOS build contains no URLSession call site.
• 03 No account, no telemetry. Nothing to sign up for, nothing being measured or reported back.
• 04 Native on both platforms. Independent SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose apps sharing one C++ engine core.
